Prior to issuing any new property policies with Travelers, the agent must first submit this form. The agency admin will review how many policies have already been issued for the month and then advise the agent whether or not they may proceed. DO NOT ISSUE A NEW TRAVELERS PROPERTY POLICY WITHOUT FIRST COMPLETING THIS FORM. EXCEEDING OUR CURRENTLY MONTHLY ALLOTMENT WILL JEOPARDIZE OUR ABILITY TO BIND ANY NEW BUSINESS WITH TRAVELERS.
